On Purpose Global Agency (On Purpose), was founded by Vicki years ago, seeking to serve the incarcerated, elderly, the hungry, the voiceless, and the powerless. While she has a heart for the nations and all people, Vicki and On Purpose have a special emphasis on assisting Black People who are considered ‘the least of these,’ by the world’s view.

On Purpose is dedicated to informing and inspiring people to live on purpose – with divine strategic intention - thus experiencing fulfillment, passion, and overall success in their lives. We understand that once personal success is realized, no doubt, their community, then ultimately the world is dramatically impacted.

On Purpose uses its broadcasting network via radio and social media, literature, seminars, teachings, and lectures, to accomplish its ends of informing and inspiring.
